The goal of this course is to provide those taking on the role of Analyst or analytical responsibilities within Decision Lens an opportunity to leverage data to answer questions and make decisions.


The goal of this course is to provide those taking on the role of Analyst or analytical responsibilities within Decision Lens an opportunity to leverage data to answer questions and make decisions. Participants will learn how to interpret, synthesize, and visualize data, review outcomes and draw important insights, and input resource and budget data.

The intended audiences for this course are those individuals who would take on an analyst or analytical role in Decision Lens such as budgeting, resource allocation, and/or financial management.  

**As a prerequisite, participants must have previously attended Decision Lens "Solution Overview" course.**

 

We are now a Registered Education Provider for the Project Management Institute. You can earn 4.5 PDU’s for attending this course!
