This course provides users with the role of an Administrator the opportunity to deep dive into the administrative functions in Decision Lens. This hands on learning environment will help foster effective solution management skills. This course is held in-person at our office in Arlington, VA.
Learning Objectives:
- Effectively manage your Decision Lens instance
- Learn best practices for participant and portfolio management
- Understand and manage the Establish Priorities process
- Understand and manage the Collect Ratings process
- Import data
- Generate and interpret essential reports
