An experienced facilitator and presenter with expertise in stakeholder collaboration and public processes, Alison assists clients in prioritizing opportunities, allocating resources, and driving positive change within their organizations.

Prior to joining Decision Lens, Alison was the Director of Facilities Planning in K-12 education with a focus on capital planning, process improvement, and public participation. She also previously worked as an information technology professional and administrator at the Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago, IL.
Outside of work, Alison enjoys traveling, reading, entertaining, and the outdoors.
Brent Peaden - Sr. Customer Success ManagerArlington, VA
Brent Peaden is a Senior Client Manager in the Professional Services Team. He assists clients to solve problems through a structured methodology and applying Decision Lens software. Brent’s strong Change Management and Training background in both commercial and DoD environments allows him to facilitate a wide range of prioritization and optimization initiatives. Prior to joining Decision Lens, Brent supported IT initiative planning for Headquarters U.S. Air Force. Brent serves many clients from State Government Agencies, State DoT’s, and several DoD Air Force and Army organizations. He has helped his clients leverage Decision Lens for strategic planning, capital planning, IT prioritization, and Human Capital/Workforce Planning efforts. Brent has a B.S. in Human-Factors Engineering from Wright State University in Dayton (OH) and holds a Secret Clearance. Outside of work, Brent enjoys salt-water fishing, and swimming. He is also a certified and accomplished age group USA swim coach.
Dan Saaty - Founder & Chief ScientistArlington, VA
Dan is the Chief Scientist and co-founder of Decision Lens. He has advised numerous Fortune 500 organizations and government agencies in mission-critical decisions – from multi-billion dollar strategic planning processes to decision management methodologies for major capital investments, portfolio management decision processes, and acquisition and best-value source selections.
An expert in the implementation of the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Analytic Network Process (ANP), Mr. Saaty has over 15 years of experience in developing and implementing advanced decision methodologies.
Mr. Saaty's skill in decision process design and facilitation is widely sought after by companies and government agencies including Johnson and Johnson, Amtrak, the NFL, National Grid, Joint Chiefs of Staff, US Department of Defense, NASA, National Geospatial Intelligence Agency, U.S. Department of Agriculture, Nuclear Regulatory Commission, and the Military Health System among others.

Jonathan Wilson - Customer Success ManagerArlington, VA
Jonathan is a Customer Success Manager focusing on our Federal client base. He empowers customers to successfully adopt the Decision Lens solution and assists them in solving complex prioritization and resource optimization challenges. Some of Jonathan’s clients include United States Coast Guard, Department of Homeland Security, United States Department of Agriculture and Federal Aviation Administration. Prior to joining Decision Lens, Jonathan worked as an Implementation Analyst for Cvent, Inc. He received his undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Virginia. In his free time, Jonathan enjoys playing various sports and reading thriller novels.
Katie Howell - Education Program ManagerArlington, VA
Katie manages all aspects of Decision Lens University’s educational programs. By coordinating DLU’s programs and serving as the chief content manager, Katie is responsible for ensuring quality and enjoyable classroom, online, and distance learning programs. She manages the vast library of educational resources and is the lead administrator of the program. Katie enjoys assisting customers with the implementation of Decision Lens and partnering with customers to master their skills in leveraging the solution on a daily basis.
Michele Givens - Associate DirectorArlington, VA
Michele provides decision making support to executives and leaders including decision modeling, user training, and facilitation. Michele assists clients on a variety of decisions including strategic planning, portfolio prioritization, budget allocation and portfolio optimization.
Prior to joining Decision Lens, Michele worked as a Management Consultant with a major IT Strategy and Consulting firm in the Federal Sector and led her own consulting practice. Before that she was an Account Supervisor in the pharmaceutical and healthcare marketing arena. Michele has focused on helping leaders attain organizational alignment through strategic planning, change management and process improvement efforts. As a trained facilitator, certified change management practitioner and adjunct instructor, she has extensive experience training stakeholders managing organizational transformation.
Michele, a native of North Carolina, grew up in Winston-Salem. She earned a BA in Journalism and Mass Communication from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Michele enjoys live music, particularly contemporary jazz, and photography in her free time.
Sandra Murillo - Associate, Program Management OfficeArlington, VA
Sandra is an Associate in the Program Management Office. She provides support to the Professional Services, the Account Management, and the Decision Lens University teams at Decision Lens. Sandra also provides coordination and support across a diverse portfolio of commercial and government customers.
Prior to joining Decision Lens, Sandra worked at the Office of Continuing Professional Education at the Volgenau School of Engineering at George Mason University, overseeing the IT & Engineering programs. Previously, at Pepco Energy Services, Sandra worked as an Inside Sales Manager, generating and managing sales and services, maintaining strong business relationships, and identifying and promoting strategies to capture new customers.
Sandra holds an MBA with a concentration in management from Strayer University, and a BA in Psychology with a Business minor from George Mason University.
Outside of work, Sandra is a strong animal advocate and enjoys being a mom to her four children, three have fur.
Sanjay Nayar - Director, Product ManagementArlington, VA
Sanjay oversees the Decision Lens product direction working directly with Customers, Professional Services, and other internal and external stakeholders. Sanjay manages the full life cycle of product strategy, roadmap, feature requirements development, implementation, training, and support. As Product Director, Sanjay acts as the primary liaison between customer needs, business strategy and product engineering and development. Sanjay often provides product roadshow sessions to highlight key upcoming features and concepts to get feedback on the utility and product direction.
Prior to Decision Lens, Sanjay was the Product Director at AOL managing the cornerstone AOL.com web site which attracted over 12 million unique visitors and 50 Million page views daily. Sanjay also previously worked in Management Consulting at Booz Allen Hamilton where he performed economic, cost and financial analysis, business process reengineering, strategy, IT capital planning and portfolio management for Booz Allen’s Economic and Business Analysis team.
Sanjay holds an MBA from the Smith School of Business at University of Maryland and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Bucknell University. He has also received a post masters certificate in Information Systems from Johns Hopkins University.
