
Dr. Alison Denton - Chief Operating Officer
Arlington, VAAlison provides decision-making support to a diverse portfolio of commercial and government business leaders, with a specific focus in the transportation industry. An experienced facilitator and presenter with expertise in stakeholder collaboration and public processes, Alison assists clients in prioritizing opportunities, allocating resources, and driving positive change within their organizations.
Alison likes helping clients achieve positive, transformative change in their decision-making processes.
Prior to joining Decision Lens, Alison was the Director of Facilities Planning in K-12 education with a focus on capital planning, process improvement, and public participation. She also previously worked as an information technology professional and administrator at the Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago, IL.
Outside of work, Alison enjoys traveling, reading, entertaining, and the outdoors.

Brent Peaden - Sr. Customer Success Manager
Arlington, VABrent Peaden is a Senior Client Manager in the Professional Services Team. He assists clients to solve problems through a structured methodology and applying Decision Lens software. Brent’s strong Change Management and Training background in both commercial and DoD environments allows him to facilitate a wide range of prioritization and optimization initiatives. Prior to joining Decision Lens, Brent supported IT initiative planning for Headquarters U.S. Air Force. Brent serves many clients from State Government Agencies, State DoT’s, and several DoD Air Force and Army organizations. He has helped his clients leverage Decision Lens for strategic planning, capital planning, IT prioritization, and Human Capital/Workforce Planning efforts. Brent has a B.S. in Human-Factors Engineering from Wright State University in Dayton (OH) and holds a Secret Clearance. Outside of work, Brent enjoys salt-water fishing, and swimming. He is also a certified and accomplished age group USA swim coach.

Katie Howell - Senior Education Manager
Arlington, VAKatie manages all aspects of Decision Lens University’s educational programs. By coordinating DLU’s programs and serving as the chief content manager, Katie is responsible for ensuring quality and enjoyable classroom, online, and distance learning programs. She manages the vast library of educational resources and is the lead administrator of the program. Katie enjoys assisting customers with the implementation of Decision Lens and partnering with customers to master their skills in leveraging the solution on a daily basis.

Sandra Murillo - Associate Director, Customer Operations
Arlington, VASandra is the Associate Director of Customer Operations. She provides support to the Professional Services, the Account Management, and the Decision Lens University teams at Decision Lens. Sandra also provides coordination and support across a diverse portfolio of commercial and government customers.
Prior to joining Decision Lens, Sandra worked at the Office of Continuing Professional Education at the Volgenau School of Engineering at George Mason University, overseeing the IT & Engineering programs. Previously, at Pepco Energy Services, Sandra worked as an Inside Sales Manager, generating and managing sales and services, maintaining strong business relationships, and identifying and promoting strategies to capture new customers.
Sandra holds an MBA with a concentration in management from Strayer University, and a BA in Psychology with a Business minor from George Mason University.
Outside of work, Sandra is a strong animal advocate and enjoys being a mom to her four children, three have fur.
