"How to Create a Prioritization Model" teaches participants the step-by-step process of constructing a strategic prioritization model whether using Decision Blueprints or starting with new goals and objectives.
"Solution Overview-Step by Step" helps participants understand how to utilize pre-populated Blueprint frameworks, rate alternatives, establish priorities, and understand criteria and definitions.
This classroom course "Solution Overview" provides users with the role of Project Manager or project management responsibilities the opportunity to learn the Decision Lens solution from end-to-end.
This course provides users with the role of an Administrator the opportunity to deep dive into the administrative functions in Decision Lens.
